Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel

Refunds are not possible, as preparations and costs are made in advance. However, if you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, it's possible to reschedule your workshop to another date — only in consultation with LatinWorkshop.

More than 24 hours before the workshop:
Please notify us as early as possible, ideally at least 3 days in advance. The more notice we receive, the better we can support you with alternative options. Contact us via phone (+31 619191144), email, or text message.

If we cancel the workshop:
You will be informed as soon as possible. If feasible, we will offer a suitable alternative under the same conditions, either on the original date or at a later time.

On the day: If something unexpected happens shortly before or on the day of the workshop (e.g. illness), please contact us as soon as possible so we’re aware you won’t be attending. You can find our contact details in your booking confirmation. If you’re unable to join, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else, just let us know who will be coming in your place.
